1. How to start demo?

Perform the following steps to start a demo:

Step-1: Click free demo on the Home page.

Step-2: Click academic under course catalogue.

Step-3: Select cbse or any of the State Boards.

Step-4: Select the course under available course.

For example: If a student has selected cbse from course catalogue, he can see the demo for aipmt, aieee, class x

                     and class xii.

Step-5: Select the subject under subject related particular course.

Step-6: Click the chapter available for demo under chapter’s related particular subject.

2. How to start the course?

Prerequisites before starting the course:

Step-1:Registration with www.mbdalchemie.com.

After filling the registration form, the student will be provided details of his Login ID, Password and

Activation Key through a mail sent at his email address (provided at the time of registration) to activate his

account

Step-2:Purchasing a course

The student can purchase the course as per his requirement either through cheque drop or demand draft.

After purchasing the course, he can start the course and access the purchased course.

3. How can I purchase a course?

Perform the following steps to purchase a course:

Step-1:After you log in successfully to www.mbdalchemie.com ,on the Home page, under available course, click

             course catalogue.

Step-2: Select academic as the course category.

Step-3: Select the category type-cbse or any of the State Boards.

Step-4: Select the course. For example: if you are a CBSE Class XII student, you can select class xii.

Step-5: Select the subjects that are available with respect to course you want to purchase. For example: if you

             want to study all the four subjects of CBSE Class XII i.e. Physics, Chemistry, Maths and Biology, you can

             select cbse combo pcmb. Select xii mathematics if you want to study only Mathematics.

              If you have already purchased any course, you can see already purchased written against the   

              purchased course. You can also purchase more than one course at a time.

Step-6: Click next. You can see details of your purchase such as course name, price and duration.

Step-7: Click proceed to purchase the course.

             Here, you will be asked to choose the mode of payment. Select any of the following options - cheque drop , demand draft

             or online payment gateway.

Step-8: Click proceed.

             You can see details of your payment such as your name, email address, date of transaction, payment

             mode and total payable amount.

Step-9: Enter details such as demand draft/cheque date (click the icon to enter date from the calendar), demand

             draft/ cheque no, bank name, bank branch name and total amount.

Step-10: Click submit details.

                If successful, you will receive a confirmation message. An email will be sent to your email id.

                Here you can view your order as well as course details.

2.  Make sure that you write your name, order no., login id, date of birth and address behind the demand

     draft/cheque.

3.  After the transaction is processed, a confirmation mail will be sent to your email id with details of the course(s)

     purchased.

4. You can check the status of the course(s) purchased on your dashboard.

4. Please tell me where is the question bank?

Step-1: On the Home page, under ask a question, click take a test.

Step-2:After selecting the course you have purchased, you can take test for any chapter (for any subject with respect

             to that course). This will be your question bank with multiple choice questions.

5. How to access the purchased course?

Perform the following steps to access the purchased course:

Step-1:Once you have signed in, under my courses, click purchased course.

             Here you can see the purchase details such as order no., mode of payment, status, purchase date, total

             items, amount and service under show my purchases.

Step-2: To view course details, click view details under action.

            You can view details of your course such as course name, price, duration and remaining duration under

            view details. 

Step-3: Click the course name under course.

Step-4: Click the subject name under subject.

For example: If you have purchased class x-cbse x combo course, you can click either of the two subjects-

                      mathematics or science and technology.

Step-5: You can view all the chapters respective to your subject. Click any of the chapters to get access as per your

             requirement.

6. How can I change my password?

You can change your password after you log in successfully to www.mbdalchemie.com . To change the password,

perform the following steps:

Step-1:Under my account, click change password.

Step-2: Enter your old password in the old password field.

Step-3: Enter your new password in the new password field. This will be your new password when you log on to

             www.mbdalchemie.com.

              Make sure that it is minimum 6 and maximum 20 characters long.

Step-4: Enter your new password again in the confirm new password field.

Step-5: Click save.

If successful, you will see password updated successfully written at the top. Your password has been changed for

your user account.

7. How can I ask questions from mentors?

A student can ask questions from mentors in two modes:

1. Mail Reply

Step-1:After you log in successfully to www.mbdalchemie.com , click mail reply under ask a question on Home

             page.

Step-2:Enter details of your subject such as course, class and subject in the subject field and description of

             your question in the description field.

Step-3:Click send.

You will get a reply (within 24 hours) to your question from the mentor at your email ID provided at the time of

registration.

2. Web Query

Step-1:On the Home page, click web query under ask a question.

Step-2:After selecting the subject from the subject drop down list and entering the query in the enter query

             field, you can post your query by clicking the post query button.

Step-3:To view replies from mentors to answered queries, click answered under view.

8. How can a franchise purchase course(s) for its students?

Step-1: After log in the home page, click on available course.

Step-2: Now click course catalogue.

Here two course categories are available—academic—CBSE & State Boards (for X and XII) and competitive (for engineering and medical aspirants).

Step-3: Select academic or competitive as per your requirement.

If you have selected academic, you have option to click CBSE, State Boards, or both.

Step-4: Select the class-. For instance, for X, check box against X; for XII, check box against XII.

Step-5: Select the subjects available with respect to course you want to purchase.

For instance, if you are purchasing for X, select either Science or Mathematics, or both. For XII, click individually at Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics or Biology, or check all boxes if you want to purchase combo PCMB. You can also purchase for X and XII at one go.

Step-6: If you are searching courses for competitive exams, select competitive.

Step-7: Click AIEEE. Check boxes individually against Physics, Chemistry or Mathematics, or check all if you want

to purchase all courses.

Step-8: Click AIPMT. Check boxes individually against Physics, Chemistry or Biology, or check all as per

your requirement.

Step-9: Click next. You can see details of your purchase such as course name, price and duration.

Step-10: Click on proceed to purchase the course.

Here you will be asked to choose the mode of payment. Select franchisee.

Step-11: Click on proceed.

You can see details of your payment such as name, email address, date of transaction, payment mode and total payable amount.

Step-12: Enter details such as demand draft/cheque date (click the icon to enter date from the calendar),

demand draft/ cheque no, bank name, bank branch name and total amount.

Step-13: Click on submit details.

If successful, you will receive a confirmation message with user ID and password. An email will be sent to your email id. Here you can view your order as well as course details.

You can also check the status of the course(s) purchased on your dashboard.

Note: Franchisee needs to put his code number, and if the credit limit is over you will get a pop up message.

9. How to purchase a course using online payment gateway?

Step-1: After log in the home page, click on available course.

Step-2: Now, click on "course catalogue".

Here two course categories are available—academic—CBSE & State Boards (for X and XII) and competitive (for engineering and medical aspirants).

Step-3: Select academic or competitive as per your requirement.

Step-10: Click on proceed to purchase the course.

Here you will be asked to choose the mode of payment. Select Credit card or Debit card.

Step-11: Click on proceed.

You can see details of your payment such as name, email address, date of transaction, payment mode and total payable amount.Now click on "Make Payment".

Step-12: It will redirct you to ICICI Payment gateway, here you have to enter card Type, Card Number, Expiry date, CVV2/CVC2 number and Name on Card and click on "Pay" button.

Step-13: Payment gateway will varify your card details and If successful, you will receive a confirmation message that payment is done successfully.

An email will be sent to your email id. Here you can view your order as well as course details.You can also check the status of the course(s) purchased on your dashboard.
