NO REFUND of fees will be granted in the event of cancellation, withdrawal or a decision to change the course/service even if the student has prepaid the entire course/service. This policy applies regardless of the reason for the cancellation. Fees are also not transferable to another student.

We suggest you to go through the demos and/ or free to use contents/ products/ services in www.mbdalchemie.com, before you subscribe or purchase any of the course/services of MBD Alchemie.

Exception

In the unlikely event that MBD Alchemie is unable to deliver your course/service in full:

• you will be offered a refund of the fees you have for the said course/service;
• The refund will be paid to you within 30 days of the day on which the course/service ceased being provided;
• Alternatively, you may be offered enrolment in a suitable alternative course/service by MBD Alchemie at no extra cost to you;

You have the right to choose whether you would prefer a refund of fees, or to accept another course/service
